Juneathon 6/18 & 6/19

I think we have established that this Juneathon is a great thing it is just the blogging part that is hard.  So good news is that I am exercising and here is proof:

6/18 – Distance Duration Pace KCal
4.0 miles 33:00 8:15 min/mile 464


6/19 – Distance Duration Pace KCal
4.18 miles 35:53 8:35 min/mile 481

All of this followed by quality time stretching, some core work and of course my best friend the foam roller!
