Janathon 6/31 – Time to Quit

I was watching the evening news and they said that Jan. 6th is the most depressing day of the month.  Apparently by now you have broken your new year’s resolution (one more reason to make a lifestyle change instead of a resolution) and the weather is usually bad.  Well true to form the weather was rainy, dreary and foggy but no resolutions broken here.  In fact, good news, I made it to the gym this evening and was able to do some proper working out.  So here is what it entailed:

3 slower than normal miles on this because that is what my training plan called for.

But the biggest thing about all this was not the fact we didn’t make it to the gym until 8pm, it was the fact that I did all of this without one of these to hold my hair back:

But I didn’t QUIT!  In fact I got to think about all the places I will store these so I won’t be left without them in the future.
