Done, Done, Done…30/30

Yippee we have made it through another exercise a day and blog a day month of June!  I don’t know about you but I am happy to say I made it and it wasn’t so bad.  Today I ended with a cross-train/rest day.  Or in other translation, what the heck am I supposed to do to cross train, let’s go to the gym and find something!  So that is what I did.  Headed off to the gym after work.  One big advantage I had though, it was free chair massage monday.  So guess who got some exercise in and a nice little back rub!  Yep that’s right, ME!!!

So my Juneathon ended like this:

10 min bike ride

3 sets of 12 – leg presses  and calf raises(140, 160, 170lbs)

2 – 1 min. planks

2 sets of 30 – crunches, side crunches

2 sets of 15 – clamshells, leg lifts

2 sets of 12 – bent over rows, upright rows, rotating bicep curls – 15lbs

60 squats with 10lbs chair massage

And don’t forget the 15 min chair massage!  Great way to end Juneathon.  I hope yours was great too!
