Today’s Janathon activity included going up and downstairs about 10 times, standing up and sitting down in my office chair at least 4 times an hour and standing for 3 hours while leading groups. So although it was not structured, it was quite the workout. Now I rest and by rest I mean, go to bed early because 5:40 am comes very early!
Happy 7th day of Janathon. Please say that work counts as a workout! Oh and I was not as sore as I thought I would be after yesterday’s sprints. Yeah!
