Today’s exercise was brought to you once again by the office work out which basically means hitting the stairs (I really should get a pedometer to count those steps) and office chair squats. Then basically a quick pack to head north for a long weekend in Vermont with the oldest child for her birthday weekend.
Good news is that we are staying at a hotel that has a fitness center so tomorrow I promise a little more organized exercise.
