Well as promised today I did some structured activity once again and was able to put a big check mark on that extensive training plan for my April marathon. Today I stayed inside mainly because the cold but also because we are up in Vermont so I don’t know the area to well and I needed to get in a 7 mile run. So to they hotel gym I went.
7 long treadmill miles that felt as long as they sound! But the good news is that they are done and marked as complete!
