Yep, you guessed it, today’s janathon work out is brought to you by a cold walk in the Vermont woods. It was beautiful and we were able to take our time because it was kinda icy on those trails. Not sure how long the walk took because we obviously took time to stop and look at the view but it was about three miles. I’m totally counting that as my work out for the day. I am sure I burned extra calories with all the layers and my body working a little harder to stay warm.
