Hot, humid but done after a long day.
Happy 16th day!
Today marks the midway point for Juneathon.
Today marks the day that I start to think, I’m not very good at this blogging everyday part! (I might want to go back to just submitting pics!)
Today also marks one week from when this exercise gets real again, when that training for my next marathon becomes my focus and I start to lose friends and family members because I have gone into the marathon training world. Okay maybe not all that, I am not an elite athlete, just a wanna be! But truthfully this is my last week of slacking and I really need to work on my food plan and training plan so I’m making this short and sweet.
Today I cycled 14.5 miles at the gym and did some weight training. Can’t wait until tomorrow when I can barely lift my arms over my head due to the weights. 😉

Really liking these easy Juneathon updates via pictures. Here is today’s.
After running around like a crazy woman and spending the evening out with friends last night, I woke up this morning and realized that I had forgotten to blog for juneathon. Oops! Only 10 days in and already forgetting (really that is the story of my life, I go upstairs and forget why I came upstairs!).
So here is what I would have written if I remembered:
I ran 4.26 miles and it was hot and humid but I ran. (really not that exciting)
So for today’s Junathon let’s make it a little more interesting…
After 4 solid days of play, play, play
Today is the day, day, day!
I rest but I stretch because my body is the best
When I take a break and rest!

Happy 9th and 10th day of Juneathon.
After a wonderful weekend of running on the lovely trails and beautiful view of the lake, I’m back and to the gym for today’s workout. Today was a cross train day so that meant butt on the bike, some weights, crunches and lots of stretching. The benefit of being at the gym today was the 10 minute free chair massage which I took full advantage of. I also finished the day with my last one hour tap class before recital in a week. Here is hoping that goes well.
How was your 8th day? Sticking with it. I’m trying!

Trying something a little different because today we made a trek up to our family lake house and that means no laptop to do my Juneathon post from. It also is lucky for
you because it means i won’t go on and on and on because writing a blog from you smartphone is not that much fun. Cue all the pics you will see for the next few days so I can keep myself in good graces with the Juneathon master (whomever that is).
Today’s activities included a small nature walk and pulling of those pesky weeds by our lake house. I guess that is time on my feet and a little core work and stretching to get the weeds. It counts in my book. Happy 5th day of Juneathon!
